These shells were found at Matauri Bay. My one is shiny and precious and sweet. I a way, it smells like fish and sand. I imagine its journey in my head, gliding around in the sea.
Its colour is white and brown. Its like it's from somewhere, deep in the sea, where there is no sound at all. When I shine the shell in the light, it sparkles.
Hi Jahnyva,
ReplyDeleteThank you for telling me where the shells were from. Why is your shell precious?
I like the way you have told me what you imagined as you looked at the shell, "Gliding through the sea." The word glide is a good word as it shows a gentle journey.
Why do you think there is no sound deep in the sea?
Hi Mrs Atkins, thank you for commenting on my shell story and my shell is precious because it is soft and it's easy to break. Why I think there no sound deep in the sea is because there will be no fish or wild sea animals because it so dark and there will be no sound at all not one little sound.
